First buy
Optional. Default is zero. You pick a spend; fill stops at 10% of supply. Those tokens are not locked.
A first buy lets you hold some of your own coin at launch. You do not have to use it. Leave spend at 0 to skip.
How to set it
- On Create, enter how much quote you want to spend (ETH, a stable, and so on).
- Confirm the launch. The first buy happens in the same transaction.
- Fill stops when the spend is used or you reach 10% of supply.
- Leftover quote comes back in that transaction.
- You pay the coin’s normal fee, not the anti-snipe start fee.
If the first buy fails, the whole launch fails. You will not get a token without the buy you asked for.
Review before you confirm
The review screen shows spend, estimated tokens, percent of supply you will hold at launch, and that those tokens are not locked. Read it.
Locked vs not
| What | Locked? |
|---|---|
| Tokens in the pool | Yes. Forever. |
| Tokens from your first buy | No. You can sell them. |
| Creator fees | No. Claim them, or they burn / go to holders depending on mode. |
There is no hidden team allocation. If you want a bag, it is this first buy, and it is public.
Not affiliated with Coinbase or Base. Contract safety is not price safety. Creators can sell a disclosed first buy. Tokens can go to zero. Not financial advice.
